but the sobering reality is that's where truth's found

it doesn't take a gold key to find the meaning of life
see the place we're from is the place where we land and
from dust we came and to dust we'll return
it all fades in a moment of time
take the blast, tightly grasp on your past
and we find that no class can free us
from the clash of your soul's shattered glass

I digress, nevertheless, never forget to ingest
both sides of the coin we flip
cause that's the only way that you'll earn your sip
from the chalice in the palace of fallacy
undercut the malice, build up the mystery
maintaining the balance, the coldest form of wizardry
evading this prophecy will soon drop you to history

but I know that it's real
if you only peel off that seal,
the secrets will reveal like Frank's New Deal
always the third wheel? at least you got a fourth meal
trying to make it work, opposites on the color wheel
